Job Summary

To enhance fraud prevention strategies, the full-time Fraud Operations Director will manage the Fraud Intake and Alerting Operations Team, develop fraud detection systems, and collaborate with various departments while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Fraud Intake and Alerting Operations Team, ensuring high performance and operational excellence
  • Define and implement the strategic plan for fraud detection systems and policies, adapting to emerging threats
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while fostering collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in fraud, risk management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Certified Financial Crime Investigator or related certification preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection processes, regulations, and industry best practices
