Fraud Operations Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a Fraud Operations Leader, the full-time remote position will build and mature an enterprise fraud prevention, detection, and response program while coordinating efforts across various business teams to reduce wire fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance an enterprise wire fraud operations program, focusing on monitoring, detection, analytics, and response
• Establish governance, operating procedures, escalation paths, and reporting for a consistent organizational approach to fraud
• Develop fraud metrics and reporting to strengthen controls and minimize exposure to wire fraud

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fraud operations, cyber fraud, security operations, risk, compliance, or a related field
• Proven experience in building and leading fraud operations or detection programs
• Knowledge of wire fraud, payment fraud, and fraud prevention; experience in title, escrow, or related transactions is preferred
• Strong understanding of monitoring, analytics, incident response, and operational controls
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to translate fraud intelligence into actionable strategies
