Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Fraud Operations team and manage relationships with external BPO partners
  • Oversee daily fraud detection, investigation, and resolution activities
  • Monitor key fraud metrics and ensure compliance with fraud-related regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, BSA/AML compliance, or fraud risk management
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, including oversight of external BPO teams
  • Experience managing vendor/BPO relationships and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of fraud trends and financial crime compliance
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data for operational decisions
