Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Fraud Operations team and manage relationships with external BPO partners
- Oversee daily fraud detection, investigation, and resolution activities
- Monitor key fraud metrics and ensure compliance with fraud-related regulations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, BSA/AML compliance, or fraud risk management
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including oversight of external BPO teams
- Experience managing vendor/BPO relationships and driving continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of fraud trends and financial crime compliance
- Analytical mindset with experience using data for operational decisions
