Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve fraud-related inquiries from various internal teams and carrier partners
  • Monitor global activity using tools to identify potential fraud patterns and suspicious activities
  • Document fraud attempts, trends, and contribute to the development of fraud detection processes
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention Operations, preferably in the TelCo sector
  • Experience with fraud detection tools and case management platforms like Zendesk
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data using analysis tools
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working in uncharted waters
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a customer-first mindset
