Fraud Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Party Fraud Ops Specialist to join their Fraud Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and decision daily applications and existing account cases for first and third party fraud
• Monitor live transaction activity to identify high risk transactions related to fraud scenarios
• Manage customer dispute claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring effective communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to first party fraud or synthetic ID fraud
• Ability to identify patterns in fraud cases
• Experience working independently to resolve cases under service level agreements
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
