Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud & Dispute Ops Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and decision on potentially fraudulent transaction activity and customer applications
  • Monitor live transaction activity to identify high-risk transactions related to fraud
  • Manage and resolve customer dispute claims throughout their lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to transaction monitoring and disputes
  • Ability to identify patterns and work independently under service level agreements
  • Strong analytical skills to track and meet metrics and KPIs
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or financial services is a plus
