Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud & Dispute Ops Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and decision on potentially fraudulent transaction activity and customer applications
- Monitor live transaction activity to identify high-risk transactions related to fraud
- Manage and resolve customer dispute claims throughout their lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to transaction monitoring and disputes
- Ability to identify patterns and work independently under service level agreements
- Strong analytical skills to track and meet metrics and KPIs
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or financial services is a plus
