A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review claims in real time for potential fraud/abuse and provide feedback for risk models
  • Make independent decisions on customer risk based on behavior and incidents
  • Conduct fraud investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve detection models
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct Fraud/Abuse Operations experience, preferably in eCommerce
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Subject Matter Expertise in fraud concepts and prevention best practices
  • Ability to perform due diligence investigations and make evidence-based decisions
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and data processing software like Excel and Google Suite
