A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Review claims in real time for potential fraud/abuse and provide feedback for risk models
- Make independent decisions on customer risk based on behavior and incidents
- Conduct fraud investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve detection models
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct Fraud/Abuse Operations experience, preferably in eCommerce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Subject Matter Expertise in fraud concepts and prevention best practices
- Ability to perform due diligence investigations and make evidence-based decisions
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and data processing software like Excel and Google Suite
