Fraud Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To protect the platform's ecosystem from financial and operational threats, the full-time Fraud Operations Specialist will evaluate fraud signals and execute risk mitigation strategies across Sports, Casino, Payments, and KYC domains while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret complex alerts and risk model outputs to assess user context and determine case outcomes
• Process high-volume risk signals in real-time, executing actions such as account blockings and verification loops
• Communicate risk findings and critical case details to cross-functional teams while maintaining structured documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or investigations in online casino/sportsbook environments
• Strong knowledge of fraud patterns and risk management in online gaming
• Proficiency with operational UI, API-based risk tools, and analytics systems
• Upper-Intermediate English level for effective communication and documentation
• High psychological resilience and accountability in high-stakes decision-making
