Fraud Ops Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Fraud Team Leads/manager and assist in the long-term development and Strategy of the Fraud Operations Team
• Deliver outsource fraud service level agreements and develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and procedures
• Stay updated on the latest fraud and crypto trends, analyze customer account activity, and participate in annual assessments of business risk

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in fraud prevention and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and associated fraud risks is an advantage
• Proficiency in fraud prevention strategies, tools, and techniques
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
