Fraud Prevention Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Fraud Prevention Agent will support the detection, investigation, and prevention of fraudulent activity across Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book marketplaces by reviewing listings, validating sellers, and identifying suspicious account activity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct digital investigations and research into flagged listings, accounts, and transactions
• Analyze transactional data to identify patterns indicative of fraud and execute actions to reduce fraud exposure
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and document investigations and outcomes in case management systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or a degree/certification with 3 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use sound judgment in customer interactions
• Proven verbal and communication skills
