Fraud Prevention Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Prevention Analyst to identify, analyze, and mitigate fraudulent activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily transactional activity to detect potential fraud
• Conduct periodic reviews of fraud detection tools and implement updates based on risk trends
• Support chargeback analysis and develop fraud dashboards for trend monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in fraud prevention within an eCommerce or online payments environment
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways and fraud risk tools
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows
