Fraud Prevention Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on front-line fraud detection, the remote Fraud Prevention Analyst will monitor transaction queues, evaluate high-risk orders, and refine fraud analysis models to mitigate fraudulent purchases while maintaining a seamless experience for genuine fans.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor transaction queues and high-risk events to detect and mitigate ongoing fraudulent purchases
• Evaluate high-risk orders to make swift, accurate approve or cancel decisions that protect revenue
• Proactively investigate changing transaction patterns and analyze chargeback data to strengthen fraud prevention strategies

Required qualifications

• 3 - 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce fraud prevention experience within live event ticketing or digital venue environments
• Expertise in live event ticketing fraud with the ability to contribute immediately
• Proven ability to make fast, accurate order determinations under time constraints
• Ability to synthesize complex investigation data and present actionable findings clearly
• Experience with fraud detection platforms such as Accertify, Kount, or Riskified
