Job Summary
To strengthen fraud risk mitigation efforts, the full-time salaried Fraud Risk Governance Manager will oversee fraud prevention initiatives, enhance governance frameworks, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective fraud strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance the fraud governance framework, overseeing fraud operations and implementing a multi-layered fraud prevention strategy
- Advise on the investigation lifecycle, analyzing datasets to identify fraud patterns and developing mitigation strategies
- Oversee fraud loss metrics and present findings to executive leadership, while leading root-cause assessments of fraud loss data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10 or more years of experience in fraud prevention within Financial Services
- 3 or more years of experience in fraud governance program oversight (preferred)
- Working knowledge of fraud risks, typologies, and operational processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
