Fraud Risk Governance Manager

Job Summary

To strengthen fraud risk mitigation efforts, the full-time salaried Fraud Risk Governance Manager will oversee fraud prevention initiatives, enhance governance frameworks, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective fraud strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the fraud governance framework, overseeing fraud operations and implementing a multi-layered fraud prevention strategy
• Advise on the investigation lifecycle, analyzing datasets to identify fraud patterns and developing mitigation strategies
• Oversee fraud loss metrics and present findings to executive leadership, while leading root-cause assessments of fraud loss data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 or more years of experience in fraud prevention within Financial Services
• 3 or more years of experience in fraud governance program oversight (preferred)
• Working knowledge of fraud risks, typologies, and operational processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
