Fraud Sector Corporate Compliance Function Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Sector Corporate Compliance Function Manager remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting compliance reviews and provide oversight of legal entities, business units, and processes
• Advise leadership on business and/or product decisions
• Administer a monitoring and testing program to ensure effective compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of experience in compliance, quality assurance/control, audit, or other related compliance function specific to a line of business
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment as it relates to compliance in a specific line of business
• Master's degree (preferred)
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) (preferred)
