Job Summary
Supporting financial institutions remotely, the full-time Fraud Solutions Consultant will provide fraud-related reporting, analysis, and recommendations to enhance ATM/debit card fraud management performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative support and fraud mitigation recommendations to lower risk and losses for clients
- Manage client relationships and communication strategies, ensuring professional and timely feedback
- Support Fraud Operations by handling inbound/outbound contacts and assisting team members
Required qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, fraud, or compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide accurate and detailed reporting
