Fraud Solutions Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Solutions Product Management - Sr. Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices for EFS
• Oversee defect management processes and define platform configuration requirements for client integrations
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Professional Services implementation support and coordinate sales technical support

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software product management experience, preferably in retail bank fraud management
• Deep knowledge of financial services fraud prevention and detection technologies
• Experience with payment card fraud systems and merchant fraud prevention is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage and deliver software projects, including creating MRDs and PRDs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
