Fraud Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Work from Home Fraud Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to account inquiries and provide scripted responses to fraud alerts
• Assist in completing lost/stolen reports and credit card replacement orders
• Identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience
• Flexible to work mid to late shifts and weekends
• Remote office internet connection with specific speed requirements
• Previous work experience in a fraud-related field preferred
