Job Summary

Detail-oriented and passionate about fighting fraud, the contract Fraud Specialist will conduct in-depth investigations, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to prevent fraudulent activities, working in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days remote after training.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into potential fraudulent activities across various channels
  • Analyze data and collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve fraud prevention policies and processes
  • Ensure compliance with established fraud policies while providing exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in fraud detection, customer service, or call center operations
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs efficiently
  • Strong phone skills and typing proficiency
  • Basic understanding of security and authentication processes
