Fraud Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and optimization of fraud strategies, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Analyst will manage fraud prevention and detection across various payment processes, utilizing SQL and analytical methods to identify patterns and improve controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fraud risk policies, strategies, and controls for onboarding and monitoring workflows
• Utilize SQL to query data, validate hypotheses, and assess fraud patterns and strategy performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate operational feedback and improve fraud strategies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fraud strategy, fraud analytics, or related technical risk functions
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Exposure to data science, statistics, and analytical methods relevant to fraud decision-making
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in fraud operations, risk analytics, or payment processes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
