Job Summary

Driving fraud risk strategies, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Lead will develop and execute initiatives to mitigate fraud losses, improve prevention processes, and enhance customer experiences through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze fraud vectors and develop strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
  • Own and manage the fraud rule lifecycle, including strategy design, testing, and optimization
  • Influence stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies that balance efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing risk rules and strategies related to fraud prevention
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to implement process changes or product enhancements
  • Experience with fraud prevention rule management systems and customer verification technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex findings to senior leaders and executives
