Fraud Strategy Lead

Job Summary

As a key member of the Trust & Safety department, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Lead will develop and execute fraud risk strategies to mitigate fraud losses, improve prevention processes, and enhance customer experiences across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze fraud vectors and develop strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
• Own and drive the fraud rule lifecycle, including strategy design, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk strategies that balance operational efficiency and customer experience

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing fraud risk rules, strategies, and policies
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive high-impact solutions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
• Experience with fraud prevention rule management systems and customer verification technologies
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex findings to senior leaders
