Fraud Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Fraud Strategy Lead will develop and execute fraud risk strategies to mitigate fraud losses, improve fraud prevention processes, and enhance customer experience through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze fraud vectors and develop strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
• Own the fraud rule lifecycle, including strategy design, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Influence stakeholders to implement fraud mitigation strategies that balance risk reduction and customer experience

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing risk rules, strategies, and policies related to fraud prevention
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex findings to senior leaders
• Experience with fraud prevention rule management systems and customer verification technologies
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems and drive high-impact solutions
