Fraud Strategy Lead

Job Summary

To develop and execute fraud risk strategies, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Lead will independently manage complex initiatives, influence cross-functional partners, and analyze fraud patterns to mitigate risks and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze fraud vectors and develop strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
• Own the fraud rule lifecycle, including strategy design, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to monitor risk trends and ensure compliance with industry best practices

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing risk rules, strategies, and policies related to fraud prevention
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex findings to senior leaders
• Experience with fraud prevention rule management systems and customer verification technologies
• Proven ability to manage competing demands and make sound tradeoff decisions aligned with business objectives
