Fraud Strategy Lead

Job Summary

As a key member of the Trust & Safety department, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Lead will develop and execute fraud risk strategies to mitigate fraud losses, improve prevention processes, and enhance customer experiences through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze fraud vectors and develop strategies to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity
• Own the fraud rule lifecycle, including strategy design, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement effective fraud mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing risk rules, strategies, and policies related to fraud prevention
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leaders
• Experience with fraud prevention rule management systems and customer verification technologies
• Demonstrated capability to drive high-impact solutions independently
