Job Summary

Focused on reducing fraud costs and enhancing user experience, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Operations Associate will analyze fraud vectors, implement strategic solutions, and collaborate across teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to mitigate Dasher fraud and deliver measurable business impact
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of fraud vectors to identify bad actors and improve user experiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and develop strategic programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, or analytics, preferably in high-growth environments
• Experience in contributing to large projects and achieving team goals
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills for maintaining complex spreadsheets
• Ability to analyze multiple perspectives and communicate effectively to foster understanding and alignment
