Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Fraud Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Fraud Strategy staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality service for Global Fraud Monitoring clients
- Conduct audits and coordinate tasks to meet established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Resolve complex service issues and maintain communication on fraud trends and internal procedure changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry
- Five (5) years of professional experience in risk analytics or fraud services
- One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of payments processing systems and third-party vendor systems preferred
