Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Fraud Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Fraud Strategy staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality service for Global Fraud Monitoring clients
  • Conduct audits and coordinate tasks to meet established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolve complex service issues and maintain communication on fraud trends and internal procedure changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in risk analytics or fraud services
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payments processing systems and third-party vendor systems preferred
