Fraud Strategy Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the Fraud Strategy area, the full-time remote Fraud Strategy Supervisor will manage staff, ensure quality and efficiency in fraud monitoring, conduct research on service issues, and collaborate with internal departments to enhance risk analytics and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Fraud Strategy staff to ensure timely completion of inquiries and support for Global Fraud Monitoring clients
• Conduct monthly audits and review staff actions to maintain accuracy and quality standards
• Resolve complex service issues and advise internal contacts on sensitive matters while managing departmental workflow

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry
• Five (5) years of professional experience in risk analytics or fraud services
• One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of payments processing systems and third-party vendor software preferred
