Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on fraud risk management, the full-time remote Fraud Subject Matter Expert will engage in sales support, customer advisory, product strategy, and external thought leadership, ensuring credibility and trust with clients while shaping fraud detection strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide sales support by participating in customer calls to establish credibility and address fraud-related inquiries
  • Act as a trusted advisor during customer implementations, technical deep dives, and escalations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence fraud strategy and contribute to the development of fraud detection models and rules
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience in fraud analytics and strategy, with titles such as Director of Fraud Strategy or VP Fraud Risk
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels, from fraud analysts to executives
  • Experience working across multiple institutions and fraud types, including ACH, real-time payments, and card fraud
  • Established external credibility within the fraud community, with a history of publishing or presenting relevant content
  • Familiarity with data science and fraud models, though not required to be a technical expert
