Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Support Call Center Representative (CCC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and gathering information regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activities
  • Assisting cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures and directing them to their respective financial institutions when appropriate
  • Actively participating in various group meetings including team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone/chat support
  • Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a 24/7 contact center, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable, high-speed internet service (minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
  • A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
