Job Summary

Providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Fraud Support Call Center Representative will assist callers with fraud issues related to debit, credit, and ATM cards while working in a hybrid setting and participating in team meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and gathering information regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activities
  • Assisting cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures and directing them to their respective financial institutions when appropriate
  • Actively participating in various group meetings, including team meetings and quality review sessions
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone/chat support
  • Reliable, high-speed internet service with specified download and upload speeds
  • A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
  • Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a 24/7 contact center environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
