Job Summary
Providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Fraud Support Call Center Representative will assist callers with fraud issues related to debit, credit, and ATM cards while working in a hybrid setting and participating in team meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to incoming phone calls and gathering information regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activities
- Assisting cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures and directing them to their respective financial institutions when appropriate
- Actively participating in various group meetings, including team meetings and quality review sessions
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone/chat support
- Reliable, high-speed internet service with specified download and upload speeds
- A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
- Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a 24/7 contact center environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
