Job Summary

Hiring 10 Fraud Support Specialists for a part-time (35 hrs/week) remote role, who will review delivery dropoff photos for fraud detection and compliance issues while training a Machine Learning model with their assessments.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and score dropoff photos for fraud detection
  • Train a Machine Learning model using the reviews conducted
  • Communicate with drivers and assist in photo-based compliance workflows
Required qualifications
  • Experience with parcel fraud or logistics (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon)
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
