Freelance Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Account Management professional to support healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client launches, staffing gaps, and project spikes across various accounts
• Manage complex workstreams, including brand launches, campaign development, and digital production
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Qualifications

• Strong digital experience with web builds, banners, email, CRM, and omnichannel campaigns
• Background in pharma or healthcare agency work (HCP and/or DTC preferred)
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Understanding of MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review cycles and Veeva PromoMats
• Ability to quickly integrate into fast-paced accounts or project work
