Freelance Advertising Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Sofar Studios' brand partnerships team, the Freelance Paid Advertising Specialist will execute and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, ensuring delivery against guaranteed impression and view targets in a remote, flexible capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across Meta and TikTok, ensuring correct setup and tracking
• Track daily pacing against contracted delivery guarantees, proactively flagging any risks of under- or over-delivery
• Reallocate budget and adjust targeting in real time to maintain guaranteed performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with paid social platforms, primarily Meta, and exposure to Google and/or TikTok
• Experience managing guaranteed-delivery campaigns and multiple concurrent campaigns for different clients
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting platform data and producing insights using Excel/Google Sheets
• Organized and reliable, capable of executing tasks independently without constant oversight
• Comfortable with a variable workload and able to flex hours based on campaign intensity
