Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Software Developer (Python-Rust) - AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing code in Python or C/C++
• Migrate logic to idiomatic, safe Rust while preserving functionality
• Document migration steps and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Python and 1+ year of hands-on experience with Rust
• Experience with PyO3/maturin for Python-Rust interoperability, automated testing, and benchmarking
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for hybrid Python-Rust apps
• Solid understanding of systems programming, including memory management and concurrency
