• Assess qualification tests of experts to ensure competency
• Review and evaluate tasks completed by other AI Trainers, providing constructive feedback

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or CRM management
• Understanding of SLA matrices, entitlement tiers, and escalation policies
• Experience in sales operations, BDR/SDR roles, or CRM pipeline management for sales qualifications
• 4 years of experience in business analytics or market research for sales research and analytics
• Basic SQL reading skills (no coding required)
