Key Responsibilities

• Engage in realistic multi-turn conversations with LLMs, adapting to various user personas
• Stress-test models' responses based on instruction-following, emotional intelligence, and consistency
• Document observations and pinpoint failure modes in model behavior

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in an Arts-based subject or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years' experience in Conversational AI Testing, Narrative Design, or Adversarial Model Testing
• C2-level English proficiency (CPE, TOEFL 114+, IELTS 8.0 or above)
• Understanding of human conversational behavior and emotional escalation
• Experience with structured guidelines and documentation
