Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Writer - Freelance AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in multi-turn conversations with LLMs while adopting various user personas
• Stress-test AI models by evaluating their responses across different dimensions
• Document observations and pinpoint failure modes in AI interactions

Required Qualifications

• An under- or postgraduate qualification in an Arts-based subject or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years' experience in Conversational AI Testing, Narrative Design, or Adversarial Model Testing
• C2-level English proficiency (CPE, TOEFL 114+, IELTS 8.0 or above)
• Ability to understand and engineer realistic human dialogue
• Methodical approach to documenting and analyzing AI interactions
