Job Summary

To support various AI projects, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer will design and evaluate scenarios related to customer service and financial services, focusing on testing and improving AI systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate scenarios for fee inquiries, payment setups, and fraud claims
• Grade responses based on factual accuracy and conversational tone, ensuring clarity and empathy
• Create account closure scenarios and assess retention-offer eligibility logic

Required qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services
• Current or recent experience in customer service and support or banking roles
• Strong judgment in identifying service scope and interpreting fee schedules or policy documents
• Proficient written English (C1+) is required
