Freelance AI Trainer

Job Summary

To support various AI projects, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer will design and evaluate customer service scenarios, create payment setup challenges, and grade responses for accuracy and tone while working remotely on a project-based basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios
• Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate traps
• Grade responses based on factual accuracy and conversational tone

Required qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services
• Current or recent experience in customer service & support or banking & financial roles
• Strong judgment and ability to interpret fee schedules or policy documents
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+)
