Freelance AI Trainer
Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI coding models, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design comprehensive test cases, all while working remotely on a project-based basis.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Create both correct and deliberately incorrect solutions to test against
- Build and harden test cases, including generators and edge cases
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background, evidenced by a public profile or notable achievements in competitions
- Fluency in C++ (STL, complexity) and proficiency in Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience in setting or testing problems for competitive programming contests is preferred
