Freelance AI Trainer
Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create competitive programming problems and their automatic graders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems, including clear statements and intended solutions
- Develop correct and deliberately incorrect solutions in C++ and Python, along with robust test cases
- Confirm the quality of solutions by ensuring correct ones pass and incorrect ones fail within time limits
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background with a public profile or record in IOI / ICPC / national olympiads
- Proficiency in C++ (STL, complexity) and comfort with Python
- Ability to explain errors in solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience setting or testing problems for competitive contests is preferred
