Freelance AI Trainer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create competitive programming problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases, all while working remotely on a project-based basis.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Create both correct and deliberately-wrong solutions to test AI models
- Build and harden test cases, including edge cases and stress tests
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background demonstrated through a public profile or IOI/ICPC achievements
- Proficient in C++ (including STL and complexity) and comfortable with Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and devise inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience in problem-setting for contests or similar environments is a plus
