Freelance AI Trainer
Job Summary
To support the development of advanced AI coding models, a part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create competitive programming problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases, all while working remotely on a project-based basis.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Create both correct and deliberately-wrong solutions, along with comprehensive test cases
- Ensure the quality of solutions by confirming correct outputs and identifying failures within time limits
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background demonstrated by a public profile or notable achievements in IOI/ICPC/national olympiads
- Proficiency in C++ (STL, complexity) and familiarity with Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and devise inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience in setting or testing problems for competitive programming contests is a plus
