Freelance AI Trainer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI coding models, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer will create competitive programming problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases, working remotely on a project-based basis.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Develop correct and incorrect solutions to test against, ensuring quality and reliability
- Build and harden test cases, including edge cases and stress tests, for algorithm validation
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background, evidenced by a public profile or competition record
- Fluent in C++ (STL, complexity) and comfortable writing in Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+ level)
- Experience in setting or testing problems for competitive programming contests is preferred
