Job Summary
To support the development of an AI-driven Benefits Navigation Agent, the Freelance Benefits Subject Matter Expert will work remotely on a project basis, focusing on validating assessment rubrics, evaluating AI-generated guidance, and providing subject-matter expertise in benefits and insurance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and pressure-test scenarios to ensure accurate evaluation of the AI agent's responses
- Support the validation of rubrics and grade AI-generated benefits guidance against established standards
- Provide insights on benefits, claims, and regulatory aspects to define correctness and coverage boundaries
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in benefits administration, plan design, payer operations, or regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of the benefits and insurance landscape in Canada or the United States
- Strong understanding of the distinction between accurate benefits guidance and regulated advice
- Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in an asynchronous work environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
