Freelance Bot Developer

Job Summary

To support the Tendem project, the part-time Freelance Bot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, collaborating with Tendem Agents to ensure reliable and user-friendly conversational experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and similar messaging platforms
• Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling
• Integrate bots with backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
• Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and async request handling
• Portfolio or examples of bots built are required
