Freelance Bot Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, a Freelance Bot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, collaborating with Tendem Agents to ensure bots are reliable and user-friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Build bots for messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
• Design and implement conversational flows and integrate bots with LLMs for natural language responses
• Connect bots to backend services and handle webhooks, ensuring reliability and error handling

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
• Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and databases for storing conversation state and user data
