Position Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and career options

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Development including Career Planning, branding, resume development, interviewing, networking, social networking, internet job search, etc
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures, cultures, and decision-making processes
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery, and savvy with technology
• A high-speed internet connection on a personal computer with reliable audio/video will be required
• Advanced proficiency in business English and Romanian; written and verbal communication
