Freelance Career Transition Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contracted basis, the Freelance Career Transition Coach will support participants in career development and job search efforts, establishing trust and providing personalized guidance throughout their transition journey.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with participants and create a supportive coaching environment
• Guide participants in defining clear goals, maintaining momentum, and progressing towards their professional objectives
• Assist with professional branding, CV preparation, networking strategies, job search techniques, and interview preparation

Required qualifications

• Practical experience in human resources with a solid understanding of restructuring processes in France
• Expertise in career development, including personal branding and job search strategies
• A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with knowledge of organizational structures and decision-making processes
• Fluency in English, as the role involves interaction with international stakeholders
• Experience conducting remote coaching sessions and proficiency with technology tools
