Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, a Competitive Programming Expert will create algorithmic problems, write solutions in C++ and Python, and design test cases to train advanced AI coding models.
Key responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints
- Develop correct and deliberately-wrong solutions, along with comprehensive test cases
- Ensure quality control by confirming that correct solutions pass and wrong ones fail within time limits
Required qualifications
- Strong competitive programming background demonstrated by a public profile or an IOI/ICPC record
- Fluency in C++ (including STL and complexity) and proficiency in Python
- Ability to explain incorrect solutions and create inputs that expose flaws
- Strong written English skills (C1+ level)
- Experience setting or testing problems for competitive programming contests is preferred
